In 2026, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sungho Electronics, opening a new chapter of growth
as part of the Group’s expanding semiconductor ecosystem.

Sungho Electronics is transforming from a traditional electronic-components company into a broader
semiconductor platform through strategic expansion into CPO (Co-Packaged Optics), Semiconductor Testing, and Chiller/Thermal
Solutions.

We specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of wafer handling systems for semiconductor
back-end processes, together with AI-based vision inspection automation powered by proprietary software
developed in-house.

By combining our wafer handling and automation capabilities with CPO technology, we aim to
deliver more integrated, precise, and productive solutions for next-generation optical and semiconductor
manufacturing.

With a growing global customer and partner network across the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, China,
and Taiwan, we continue to strengthen our engineering capabilities and expand the value we deliver worldwide.
